Listening to a brewmaster tell a story about his latest creation is a very engaging and rich experience. You quickly find out that most beers are not just beers, and that brewing in itself has a very long history based on a lot of traditions. In this project the focus was on mediating this experience to customers at craft beer bars, to give them an enhanced experience that resembles that of visiting a brewery. But how do you communicate with customers in a bar without disturbing the rest of the patrons? Inspired by the use of directional speakers, audio feedback through bone conduction transducers allowed the customers to have a personal experience in a social setting.
